New Delhi: Global Health limited, which runs the corporate hospital chain, Medanta reported a 25.3 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in total income at Rs 1,195 crore for the quarter ended March this year.
Ebitda for the period increased by 17.4 per cent to Rs 290 crore while net profit jumped 39.7 per cent to Rs 141 crore compared to Rs 101 crore in Q4 FY25.
In Q4, Medanta added 86 new beds to its total capacity — 32 at Patna and 54 in Noida. Average revenue per occupied bed (ARPOB) increased by 4.8 per cent YoY to Rs 66,687
The company reported operational improved at its newly inaugurated Noida facility, with quarterly losses narrowing to Rs 23.6 crore from Rs 32 crore in the preceding quarter.
The facility is now fully operational with 382 beds, including 98 ICU beds and 14 operating theatres.
International patient revenue stood at Rs 67 crore, up 22 per cent YoY, but registered a marginal sequential decline due to flight disruptions amid the ongoing West Asia conflict.
For the full financial year, FY26, Medanta’s total income increased by 19.6 per cent YoY to Rs 4,508 crore and ebitda expanded 10.4 per cent to Rs 1,056 crore.
Bed occupancy stood at 62 per cent while Out-patient count increased by 18.7 per cent.
“We expect to add 500 beds across existing hospitals over the next 12 months and 2,700 beds through five greenfield projects over the next 3–4 years,” said Pankaj Sahni, Group CEO and Director, Global Health Limited.
