सिल्वर कंज्यूमर इलेक्ट्रिकल्स लिमिटेड (एससीईएल) ने बाजार नियामक सेबी के समक्ष आरंभिक सार्वजनिक निर्गम (आईपीओ) के जरिये 1,400 करोड़ रुपये जुटाने के वास्ते प्रारंभिक दस्तावेज दाखिल किए हैं। भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) के समक्ष दाखिल दस्तावेज के अनुसार, आईपीओ में 1,000 करोड़ रुपये के नए शेयर और 400 करोड़ रुपये की ब्रिकी पेशकश (ओएफएस) शामिल है। कंपनी की आईपीओ से हासिल राशि में से 865 करोड़ रुपये का उपयोग कर्ज भुगतान और 35 करोड़ रुपये अपनी अनुषंगी कंपनी बीएपीएल के उधारों को चुकाने के लिए तथा शेष राशि सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट उद्देश्यों के लिए उपयोग करेगी। राजकोट मुख्यालय वाली…
