Veteran Bollywood actor Prem Chopra and his wife have tested positive for Covid-19. They have been admitted to Lilavati hospital and are recuperating under the care of Rs Jalil Parkar. Both of them have received the monoclonal antibody cocktail and are recuperating well. ETimes has it that the veteran actor, at the age of 86, is responding quite well to the treatment. Prem Chopra and his wife are expected to be discharged in a day or two.

Earlier today, John Abraham and his wife Priya Runchal tested positive for COVID-19. They are currently quarantined at home. Revealing the same on social media, John had penned, “I came in contact 3 days ago with someone who I later learned had COVID. Priya and I have tested positive for COVID. We have been quarantined at home so haven’t been in contact with anyone else.” He also to ANI, “We are both vaccinated and experienced mild symptoms. Please stay well and healthy. Masks up.”

Filmmaker Ekta Kapoor also tested positive for Covid on Monday. Despite taking all precautions I have tested covid pos(i)tive. I am fine and request everyone who has come in contact with me to please test themselves,” wrote Ekta Kapoor in her social media post.
